• Preservation Achievement Award from the Preservation Alliance of Greater Philadelphia and the Heritage Investment Program, 1999
• Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission/Preservation Pennsylvania Single Family Residential/House Museum Construction Award for Sedgeley Porter's Lodge, 1999
