Our Leasing Successes

Many of your favorite Fairmount Park buildings are Trust lessees. Valley Green Inn, Fox Chase Farm and Sedgeley Porters House are just a few of our charming historic sites and restaurants. More success stories are listed below, each story is as unique as its building and stewardship organization.

Ohio House

The Ohio House, located in West Fairmount Park, is one of two buildings remaining from the Centennial Exhibition in 1876.

Ridgeland

Ridgeland Mansion sits at the end of a quiet lane lined with magnificent oak trees in West Fairmount Park.

Allens Lane Art Center

Located at the intersection of Allens Lane and McCallum Str., the Allens Lane Art Center (ALAC) has been a community art center and gathering place since 1953.

Bathey House

On a forgotten piece of Fairmount Park sits a quirky, little brick building called the "Bathey".

Jacob Rittenhouse Residence

The Jacob Rittenhouse home is situated in the Historic RittenhouseTown section of Fairmount Park. Located in an original colonial landscape with a view of the lovely Monoshone Creek this circa 1810 building is available for long term lease. The historic structure features a wide entrance hall, three large rooms on the first floor and intact historical detailing throughout. Appropriate uses for the three story building are mixed use, including office or residential on the upper floors and possible café, educational or interpretive spaces on the first floor.
