Leasing Program
The Trust offers civic organizations and businesses a unique opportunity to long-term lease historic park buildings through a collaborative agreement with the City of Philadelphia. Tenants commit to rehabilitate and maintain deteriorated buildings under a long-term lease and administered by the Trust. Adaptive uses must respect the historic fabric of the building, enable public access, and complement exiting park uses. The Trust can assist prospective tenants to assess the feasibility of leasing a park building, identify financial incentives, and manage the process of building rehabilitation and maintenance.
